It is a fantastic place to stay with family. Manager Nilesh is a wonderful guy, he helped us for early check in and without any charges. Also he guided about the temple timings etc. The staff is very nice. The resort is full of activity having bunjee jumpung, zip-line , water park. very good for children. The overall experience is very nice.

The place is beautiful, the staff is polite and helpful. if you are planning to visit vrindawan you can surely visit this place as its nearby to all the temples too.

The resort is not well maintained, service is very bad, specially staff is not ready to serve you, seems they are untrained.

First of all the blanket which they provided are smelly and very thin and that too will cover only one, i asked them to provide one more and he bring such a smelly small blanket. Second food was the worst, we order thali and in seasonal vegetable they provide boiled potatoes. Overall i don't like the experience

The staff is polite, but most of them are not trained for hospitality. Rodents in the property, which they are working on, but as it's in an open lawn, i doubt that can be addressed completely looking at the structure of the rooms, which are made of bamboo sticks.

Good one. We stayed 2 days and enjoyed the food and stay. Children enjoyed here all the aminities and games.

Highly unprofessional receipnist, unprofessional helper, food was pathetic. Poor hygiene. No electric kettle, no moisturizer, dirty blankets. Unprofessional behavior of laundry ***.
